As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire high-quality candidates who align with the company's strategic goals and culture. Responsibilities
Coordinate and consolidate the recruitment needs of various departments, aligning them with the current organizational structure and business growth strategies to develop the annual recruitment plan. Establish and continuously refine the company's recruitment systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer issuance, and onboarding procedures. Strategically plan, develop, and manage recruitment channels to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent that supports business objectives. Maintain and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions to support campus recruitment through school-enterprise collaborations. Assist in the planning and execution of talent market events and on-site recruitment activities to attract diverse talent pools. Organize and streamline employee onboarding processes, including coordinating entry procedures and pre-employment health checks. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience. Prior experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in hiring blue-collar workers, technicians or engineers, is preferred. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to the nature of the business. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and approachable demeanor. Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong passion for the role, high resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
