Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Perform day-to-day general administrative filing, data entry and handling correspondence to ensure that documents are easy to locate and properly archived.
  • Accurately enter information into company databases, ensuring data is up to date and easy to retrieve.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors with a positive and professional attitude. Provide general information and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, processing forms, and assisting with report generation.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.

Job Requirement :

  • SPM / O-level / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Takes initiative, responsible and possess positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience is preferred.

  • Monday to Friday : 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
  • Saturday : 9 : 00 a.m. to 1 : 00 p.m.
  • 主要职责 :

  • 协助处理日常行政文件及文书工作,确保文件易于查找并妥善归档
  • 准确输入信息至公司数据库,确保数据及时更新,便于查询
  • 接听电话、回复电子邮件,并以积极、专业的态度接待来访人员,提供一般性信息并将咨询转交相关人员处理
  • 为部门提供行政支持,包括处理信函、表单、协助报告生成等任务
  • 职位要求 :

  • SPM / O Level / STPM同等学历
  • 欢迎应届毕业生,有无经验皆可
  • 能熟练使用办公软件, 包括Microsoft Office WORD和EXCEL
  • 必须具有良好的组织能力、可靠性,能够维持准确的记录和文件
  • 具备较强的书面和口头沟通能力,以向上级报告工作结果
  • 具备在快节奏环境中高效处理多项任务的能力,并能独立工作
  • 有能力与顾客用中文有效的沟通
  • 拥有相关行政经验 (为佳)
