Job descriptionDrive end-to-end execution of large-scale B2B health programmes in line with client milestones. Cultivate trusted relationships with corporate clients , serving as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product & Engineering, Ops, Business Development) to deliver seamless, impactful solutions Proactively identify blockers , take initiative to resolve challenges, and move projects forward with urgency and ownership Track, analyse and report programme performance and health outcomes to both internal and client stakeholders Co-create strategies to improve user engagement, participation and overall programme success 3–4 years of experience in project management , consulting , management trainee or client / account management roles Proven ability to manage stakeholders , communicate effectively, and nurture strong professional relationships Highly organized , comfortable working with ambiguity and deadlines A strong bias to action , with a passion for driving meaningful change and results Bonus if you’ve worked in healthcare, digital health or B2B SaaS Medical Insurance : Your well-being is our priority.
