Job descriptionDeliver a minimum monthly sales productivity of RM2.5 million in mortgage loans. Build and sustain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents , to drive continuous business opportunities. Identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to expand the customer base. Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and credit and service standards. Exercise due diligence in all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) processes, including account openings, verification of documents, and reporting of suspicious transactions. Maintain data accuracy and ensure all customer income documents are properly verified and original‑sighted.
