Job Summary
Personal bankers are responsible for developing and managing customer relationships by providing personalized services to meet customers’ needs. They act as financial advisors, offering investment advice and insurance solutions. Additionally, they provide assistance in opening accounts, taking deposits, and loaning money.
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive working relationship with all stakeholders
- Provide quality service to customers within the branch
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base
- Identify potential new customers through various channels of marketing activities
- Develop sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
- Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage risk within the scope of authority
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
