Adore Fragrance is a fast-growing local perfume brand dedicated to creating premium yet affordable scents for everyone. We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible intern to join our HR team and gain valuable hands-on experience in human resource operations within a dynamic business environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities such as preparing offer letters, staff profiles, and orientation materials.
- Help maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents (contracts, memos, and HR-related correspondence).
- Support employee engagement initiatives, staff activities, and internal communication.
- Liaise with the Admin team to ensure smooth HR and office operations.
- Provide support in preparing HR-related reports and updates for management.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive).Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.What You'll Gain
