Overview

Manage and oversees a specific Thrust programmes and operations to support Yayasan Peneraju’s business goals and strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Tasks include but not limited to :
• Manage scholars-related issues to ensure scholars complete the programme.
• Review and validate reports from Programme vendors and scholars to ensure effective implementation of programmes.
• Review and validate invoices and deliverables to ensure accuracy of delivery and recommending for payment according to Limit of Authority.
• Coordinate scholar engagements to encourage scholars’ performance and maintain bonding with scholars.
• Lead and initiate programme meeting, discussion, and walkthrough for related programme to ensure effective and efficient programme delivery.
• Support programme analysis and evaluation and understand vendor performance to identify rooms for improvement.
• Support identified risk prevention related activities to align with Risk Action Plan (RAP).
• Support process improvement, revisit, and prepare new or revised operation SOP / guidelines to maintain programme efficiency and effectiveness.
• Complete any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
