Sales Administrator

Overview

Sales Administrator role focused on processing orders, managing customer data, supporting sales activities, and ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders : entering, checking, following up, and ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product codes.
• Maintain customer database : ensure all customer records are correct, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Prepare and send quotations / proposals to clients as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production / fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow up with clients on order status, delivery, payment, and after-sales support.
• Assist with sales reporting : compiling weekly / monthly sales data, providing dashboards, tracking key metrics (order volume, revenue, overdue / pending orders).
• Support sales team with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, preparing materials such as presentations.
• Handle customer enquiries — via phone, email or in person — escalating to sales reps or other departments where required.
• Liaise with finance department for invoicing, collections, credit checking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts and regulatory / quality standards.
• Business Trip Allowance.
