Asst Manager

Job Responsibilities : -

• Develops, implements and review existing policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department
• Strategic HR Management : Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Team Leadership : Manage and oversee the HR fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Full HR Cycle : Lead all aspects of the HR cycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management and compensation
• Policy Development : Create and refine company HR policies to support organizational goals and maintain legal compliance
• Industrial and Employee Relations : Handle disciplinary issues and implement performance improvement programs to maintain a positive work culture including csr events and program with the employees
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with management to align HR goals with business initiatives and liaise with government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
• Learning & Development : Assist in designing, developing and implementing training programs aligned with business objectives
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training solutions
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training sessions, workshops and employee development program
• Ensure training materials and content are up to date and relevant to industry standards
