About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Assistant Manager in Total Reward to join our dynamic team at Mewah Group. As an Assistant Manager for Total Reward, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies to attract, motivate and retain top talent across our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Pulau Indah, Selangor, Malaysia.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry best practices
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark our compensation and benefits against industry peers
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and design tailored reward solutions
- Administer and oversee the implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team to communicate reward programs to employees and address any queries or concerns
- Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of reward programs and recommend improvements
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a total rewards or compensation and benefits role, preferably within a large, complex organisationStrong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance-based reward systemsProficient in data analysis, financial modelling, and using HR information systems to manage reward programsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business partnersProactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detailBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldKnowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefitsWhat we offer
