They are looking for a
Manager / Associate Director of Presales
to play a key role in shaping customer success and driving growth in new markets.
What you'll do :
- Deliver high-quality engagement with prospects and clients from demo to onboarding
- Present and showcase solutions, create proposals, respond to RFPs / RFQs, and design custom demos / POCs
- Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, and partner teams to craft optimal solutions
- Understand client ecosystems, recommend integrations, and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
- Stay ahead of industry trends and provide insights to influence product strategy
- Act as the go-to solution expert for the regional sales team
What we're looking for :
5–7 years' experience in presales, preferably in SaaS / technology.Experience with LMS and LXP.Strong presentation, solutioning, and proposal skillsBackground in Engineering + MBA preferred; SaaS, CRM, cloud knowledge a plusExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWhat's on offer :
