Provide telephony system support , including IP phone configurations and issue resolutions.
Offer desktop support for hardware, OS, and application-related issues (Windows / Mac).
Respond to and resolve queries through Help Desk Technical Support channels (ticketing, calls, emails).
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure , including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV and security systems including DVR / NVR setups.
Ensure system and data security compliance and perform periodic checks.
Conduct routine troubleshooting and diagnostics across all IT systems.
Collaborate with internal departments for IT-related requirements or escalations.
Document support issues, solutions, and user guides when necessary.
