SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

This job is for a Senior Accounts Executive who will handle all aspects of accounting, from monthly reconciliations to preparing financial reports. You might like this job because you can improve processes and ensure compliance while staying organized in a dynamic environment.

Salary : RM 3500 - RM 4500

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable with reports from Outlets' accounting system records.
• Ensure bank statements are properly reconciled on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all Accounts Payable are accurately maintained.
• Maintain proper accounting records including documentation control.
• Prepare management and financial reports as required.
• Review daily accounting entries and be responsible for operational expense control & reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (taxation, audit, e-invoicing, etc.) and prepare relevant and timely reports.
• Organize work schedules and set priorities to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows and implement best practices.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
