Job description

Job Responsibilities :

To provide assistance to the finance department and ensure all financial transactions are completed on time and with accuracy.
Prompt creditors, inter-company and perform bank reconciliations.
Capturing invoices with accuracy and completeness.
Preparation of financial monitoring report and follow up for receivables.
To perform month end closing activities.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree in accounting / professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA) or finalist of professional qualification

Minimum 3 years of functional experience in finance & accounting or related fields

Basic accounting experience is a must

Knowledge of Oracle ERP software and working experience in handling trade financing including LCs will have an added advantage

Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure

Applicants must be willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur

Contract duration : 6 months contract (maternity cover)

Salary : up to RM 5000 (based on last drawn salary & years of experience)

Able to start working immediately
