Join TecAlliance as a Data Analyst – Onboarding & Distribution (m / f / d) and play a vital role in ensuring the accurate processing, integration, and optimization of customer-specific automotive data in compliance with TecDoc data standards . This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of data technology and the automotive aftermarket , contributing directly to the efficiency and transparency of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer-specific data processing according to TecDoc and IAM (Independent Automotive Aftermarket) data standards.
- Analyze automotive customer data requirements and collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide tailored data solutions.
- Implement customer data using ETL tools, SQL , and TecDoc maintenance platforms .
- Generate custom data reports, product performance analysis, and visualizations for automotive parts and catalog data.
- Optimize data transformation and distribution workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide 3rd-level technical support for customer data integration and related technical inquiries.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in data processing, database management, or software development , preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector .Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools , and the ability to manage large, complex automotive data sets .Experience in technical consulting, data transformation, or product implementation .Familiarity with TecDoc, vehicle data cataloging, or IAM data management is highly advantageous.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.A proactive, self-driven approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to new automotive data technologies.Business-fluent English (written and spoken).Additional Information
This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia .Candidates must be Malaysian citizens or hold a valid Malaysian work permit .Hybrid working arrangement with opportunities for regional collaboration across the APAC automotive data team .
