Proficiency in English & Mandarin, office software, and basic JSON / data analysis is a plus. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive merchant success.
Responsibilities
- Account configuration, including feature enablement and capability adjustment.
- Pricing configuration, including customized pricing setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners for new merchant onboarding, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize the workflow.
