Job descriptionCalon mesti memperoleh sekurang-kurangnya SKM / Diploma dalam Kejuteraan Mekanikal / Pembuatan atau selari dengannya. 1 - 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang perkilangan atau pembuatan. Boleh berkomunikasi dan menulis dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris. Boleh mengira dan mengetahui basic komputer. Boleh bekerja dengan pelbagai jenis pekerja. (Senior, Junior, local & pekerja asing) Boleh bekerja dalam shift . Elaun Shift - sehari (siang RM 2.80, malam RM 5.50) Elaun Shift sekiranya OT - sehari (siang RM 3.50, malam RM 7.00) Elaun OT (mengikut kadar piawaian Akta Kerja 1955) Elaun Makanan - sehari (OT atas 2jam = RM 4.00) Elaun Makanan - sehari (OT atas 4jam = RM 8.00) Elaun Dobi - sehari (RM 1.00) Subsidi Makanan - sehari (RM 3.50) Medical seperti Klinik, Hospital & Pergigian ditanggung mengikut entitlement (termasuk isteri dan anak) Uniform & PPE disediakan setiap tahun Caruman EPF & SOCSO Dental insurance Free parking Health insurance Meal allowance Vision insurance Adakah lingkungan gaji yang diiklankan sama seperti gaji yang hendak dipohon ? LEADER - PRODUCTION
TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA
Melaksanakan dan mengawal segala aktiviti operasi dan penpengeluaran dilaksanakan dengan jayanya mengikut quality, kuantiti dan masa yang ditetapkan
SKOP KERJA
- Mengetuai aktiviti senaman dan bacaan ikrar syarikat
- Merekodkan kehadiran pekerja dan pengunaan alatan keselamatan sebelum kerja
- Melakukan penyusunan operasi dan pengeluaran bahagian seperti yang dirancang
- Melakukan pemeriksaan secara berkala hasil operasi pengeluaran setiap operator mencapai sasaran kuantiti, kualiti dan masa yang ditetapkan
- Membantu dalam menyediakan laporan harian operasi
- Memastikan segala aktiviti 5S dan AM sebelum mula, semasa operasi dan sebelum balik kerja dilaksanakan
- Memeriksa dan memastikan segala dokumen dan check sheet yang berkaitan dikemaskini dan direkodkan dengan betul dan tepat.
- Melaksanakan aktiviti penambah baikan tempat kerja secara berterusan.
