Job description

Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure all manufacturing targets and deadlines are met

Implement and monitor production processes and procedures to maintain high quality standards

Production Data Management - Daily report data entry

Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner to minimise downtime and disruptions

Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality assurance, to optimise production workflows

Provide training and development opportunities for production staff to enhance their skills and productivity

Monitor and report on production KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Other task that assigned by immediate superior.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
