We are looking for an inspiring, caring and reliable individual who is passionate about working with children. I Can Read is headquartered in Singapore and is a leading English enrichment brand for children in the region, with over 300,000 success stories in more than 200 centres across 15 countries and cities. The Marketing Executive oversees the marketing scope of all ICR centres in Malaysia, ensuring brand SOPs are maintained at a high standard. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be part of the Malaysian Management Team supporting operations for I Can Read HQ Centres in Desa Park City (Flagship Centre for Malaysia).

Job Title : Marketing Executive (Malaysia)

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Social Media : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other channels. Work with the Marketing Manager to create a monthly social media plan for posting; include consumer-driven content, promotions, events, videos and contests.
• Strategize, plan and execute social media initiatives with centres and franchisees; drive digital marketing campaigns and prepare analyses to visualize strategies for student acquisition leads.
• Maintain and grow the online community and presence; create social media content and video clips suited to different platforms.
• Coordinate with Centre Franchisees to increase leads through social media.
• Website & Blog : Create thematic marketing content for blogs and websites to attract and convert target audiences; manage and update content regularly.
• Events & Roadshows : Assist with videography and photography of marketing events; organize events and roadshows for the Malaysia market and centres.
• Advertising : Manage placement of advertisements and promotions with mall A&P departments.
• Graphic Design : Collaborate with Academic, Professional Development, Marketing teams and franchise owners to produce artworks / videos.

Working Hours

Weekdays (Tuesday – Friday) 10 : 00 am to 07 : 00 pm; Weekends (Saturday) 09 : 00 am to 06 : 00 pm; Off days Sunday & Monday.
