Digital Marketing Executive / Manager

Overview

Our client is a regional distributor of biotech products. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the pioneer team member.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional digital marketing strategies aligned with sales and business goals.
• Manage marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) to design, run, and track campaigns.
• Serve as an expert user of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to segment audiences, manage campaigns, and measure ROI.
• Drive SEO and social media strategies, ensuring high engagement and visibility across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
• Create and post content that increases brand awareness and generates Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital campaigns with pipeline development and account-based marketing strategies.
• Oversee and update the company website in collaboration with a Webmaster, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and consistent branding.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for all digital channels to drive continuous improvement.
