Overview
Senior Inside Sales Executive role at Tec D Malaysia. This solution-focused professional will be responsible for new and existing opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Drives sales of resold services such as renewals and product support.
- Addresses end customers, channel partners, and vendors.
- Works with internal product sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities.
- Meets or exceeds assigned sales targets.
- Performs reporting functions on an ongoing basis, including quotes, bookings, and renewals.
- Meets end users and partners to convey the benefits of our services and pricing.
- Generates documentation to ensure that orders booked are invoiced within the permitted time frames.
- Engages buyers to realize payment within the granted credit period.
- Develops and maintains a quality pipeline of services.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Degree holder with minimum 1 year of inside sales or relevant experience in the IT industry.Ability to renew contracts is mandatory.Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to acquire new skills and product knowledge.Team player and independent worker.IT savviness.What’s In It For You?
