The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Drive the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and qualifying to closing and onboarding
- Build trusted relationships with HR and business decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise levels
- Work independently to create and execute local go-to-market plans
- Identify and develop channel and partner opportunities to expand reach
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on pipeline and messaging
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of B2B direct sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or Enterprise SoftwareStrong track record of exceeding quotas in dynamic or early-stage environmentsExperience working both independently and through partners / channelsStrategic, consultative selling style with strong business acumenProven ability in engaging C-level executivesAbility to converse in multiple languages will be a plusBachelor’s degree or aboveWhat You’ll Gain
