Noventiq is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Project Planning and Management :

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Monitor and track project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Stakeholder Management :

Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.

Risk Management :

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure that project risks are documented and communicated appropriately.

Team Leadership :

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.

Quality Assurance :

Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality and meet the company's standards.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.

Budget and Resource Management :

Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
