About the Role

We are looking for a Digital IT Project Manager to lead and drive IT initiatives across digital banking and enterprise platforms. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and enabling seamless collaboration between technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. This role plays a critical part in delivering software projects (Agile & Waterfall) that impact millions of customers, ensuring speed-to-market, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, resourcing, risk management).
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, governance processes, and IT spend approvals.
• Drive project delivery using Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies.
• Collaborate with business owners, product owners, and development teams to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and impediments.
• Manage vendors – from planning and monitoring to validating deliverables and payment tracking.
• Provide clear project communication and progress reporting to stakeholders.
