Responsibilities
Manage and resolve support tickets raised Oversee and verify automated batch jobs running overnight Generate and validate start-of-day (SOD) files to ensure systems are prepared for trading and operations Monitor overall system health to spot unusual behavior or breakdowns in processing workflows Quickly and clearly escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate teams Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions for smooth handover, tracking, and audit purposes Qualifications
A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field Min. 1 year of hands-on work in tech or software , ideally involving backend tasks or user / system support Practical experience with relational databases such as
MySQL Proficiency across several areas, including
Java
with a framework like Spring Linux / Unix Working with containers and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) Kafka Ability to communicate in
