Overview
We’re looking for a passionate technology professional to join our team as a SCCM Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them optimize their IT environments through proactive guidance, best practices, risk assessments, and hands-on support.
This position requires to provide various services to our Enterprise customers to increase systems availability, resolve critical issues, and ultimately improve the health of our customers’ environments. We consult with experienced technical staff to ensure they have the skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solution in line with client’s best practices. When things do go wrong we provide rapid on site expertise to resolve critical situations.

Working hrs : 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri (PH work required with compensation given)
