Job Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to manage demand and production schedules.
- Prepare, review, and update customer forecasts and orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor supply chain activities to minimize shortages, delays, or excess inventory.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Generate and analyze planning reports to support decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement projects within the SCM department.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and customers.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools will be an added advantage.Salary Range : RM 3,000 - 3,500
