Responsibilities
To liaise with clients on their technical requirements before initiating software implementation process. Conduct technical training session for both local and overseas clients via online conference / on-site. To assist clients with level one technical support via email, phone, and remote access. Respond to all customer requests for assistance in a professional manner. Diagnose and troubleshoot for technical issues. Conduct duties assigned by superior from time to time.
