Job descriptionResponsibilities : - Ensuring the customer order is entertained. Entertaining the customer complaint (NCR). Proposing the promotion plan to the customer. New Product Development / Packaging Change. Customer Requirement Standard. Preparing the sample (New Product / Existing Product) for customer. Preparing customer sales report. Preparing customer order forecast (selected customers). Practicing the ISO requirement in the daily routine activities.
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Requirements : -
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing / Business.
- Min 1 year(s) of experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Initiative and self-motivated.
- Able to work in challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
