Sales Executive

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive (Online) at 2 KM Enterprise, you will manage and optimize Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, while focusing on converting customers into 2KM Florist App sales. You will handle inquiries, monitor product performance, and support campaigns to drive growth.

In addition, you will engage with customers on Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) by managing comments and messages, converting these interactions into sales via the 2KM Florist App. With earning potential of up to RM5,000 in Salary + Commission monthly, plus a Yearly Bonus of RM5,000 – RM10,000, this role requires strong communication and persuasive skills to build customer trust, deliver timely support, and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Manage and optimize Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and convert into 2KM Florist App sales.
• Convert social media (FB, IG, XHS) comments & messages into sales via the app.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Provide timely support via WhatsApp, calls, and social platforms.
• Maintain and update customer details on online platforms.
• Inform customers of promotions and deals.
• Report customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
