Overview
We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Executive - Outdoor Account Management to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. You will build on existing client relationships while using your sales skills to win new clients within your territory.

Responsibilities
- Promote the Company and its products and services to maximum advantage under the guidance of the Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.
- Meet agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services at budgeted price levels or better.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting, market development, handling complaints and termination calls.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure proper execution and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Update daily sales in the system and SOP compliances.
- All monetary collections shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days.
- Attend other work-related duties as assigned.
- Make regular visits to clients to build rapport and conduct presentations and / or premises inspections when necessary.
- Deal with clients’ complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy.
- Work closely with other team members to assist in collection.
- Be agile and flexible to perform on-site inspections.
Qualifications
Minimum a Diploma in a related discipline with a proven track record in sales.Successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPIs to ensure success.Driven by data and building a network of excellent customer relationships.Ability to work onsite and go on joint visits with Technical and Service colleagues.Good understanding of business clients in designated locations.Autonomous and thrives on challenges.Valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation.Possess own vehicle; is a Malaysian or holds relevant resident status.Highly Desirable
Excellent sales, solutions, and negotiation skills.Ability to reach and exceed sales targets.Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels.Multilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in other local dialects is an added advantage.Commercially focused acumen.Rewards and Benefits
