Job descriptionPreferrable at least 1 year of relevant experience in finance, e-commerce & payment gateway operations however fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (Training Provided) Familiarity with online payment systems is a plus. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal or external parties. Ability to problem-solve under pressure. Fluent spoken and written in English and Mandarin to communicate with internal or external parties. Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheet.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to assist with daily queries if any.
- Oversee payment processing operations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor transaction statuses and follow up on failed or abnormal cases.
- Liaise with third-party platforms to ensure secure, stable transactions.
- Monitor transaction statuses, investigate failed or abnormal cases, and escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
- Review payment reports, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable insights to support operational decisions and issue resolution.
