Account Manager (Sales)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients, customer stakeholders, and principal partners.
• Strengthen client engagement through consistent and meaningful interactions.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Continuously engage with management and principals to explore new business opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of deals and maintain up-to-date client data.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, identifying and nurturing sustainable business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams (presales, product, marketing, solutions, principal channel team, network, etc.) and external partners to coordinate sales and marketing activities.
