Job description

Sensorlink Sdn Bhd : Pre-Sales Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to prepare technical requirements for the solution proposal.
Collaborate with Manufacturers and Suppliers to develop system solutions.
Attend customer requests and site surveys for information on RFIs and RFPs.
Perform solution and system design works.
Create technical and system documentation.
Prepare tender documents and project specifications.

Requirements

Diploma, Advanced Diploma / Higher or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT / Networking or related field.

3–4 years’ experience in system projects is an advantage; junior executives are encouraged to apply.

Strong engineering knowledge with a passion for IT & Technology and a business mindset.

Keen self-learner in understanding products, solutions, and project matters.

Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English and Mandarin are advantages.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Good interpersonal, creative, enthusiastic, positive-minded and goal-oriented; capable of working well in a team with customers and colleagues.

Willingness to travel.
