Job Purpose
To support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, qualifications and cultural fit.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment passes, work permits, and other related documentation in compliance with government regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure smooth processing of work passes.
- Maintaining and updating the company's recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Providing HR support and advice to both new and existing employees as needed.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices and changes in employment legislation.
- To perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Possess own transport & willing to work in Petaling Jaya.Seniority level
