We are hiring HR Executive to join our team in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• HR Policies

Propose, implement and responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and procedures of the Company.

Co-ordinate the manpower needs with respective Head of Department.

Administer and prepare staff payroll in compliance to statutory requirements e.g. EPF, SOCSO, IRD etc.

Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall employee experience.

Co-ordinate with the Safety Officer to provide safety training programs for employees to reduce risk of accidents and / or injuries.

Administer and control of personnel records, statutory contributions etc.

Maintain and control training records, evaluation and training effectiveness.

Deputize the HR Manager during her absence.

Experience Requirements

At least five (5) years working experience in relevant field, as a HR generalist.

Educational Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management of its equivalent.
