Your Role And Responsibilities

• Focus on Contract Management including redlining and reviewing IPS BPO client’s Terms & Conditions.
• Support Digital Middle Office operations, working closely with Sourcing Professionals and Senior Sourcing Professionals.
• Receive project details (RFQ packages) and execute sourcing events accordingly.
• Handle NDA / CDA creation requests and coordinate agreement completion with suppliers.
• Engage suppliers to support development of simple supplier scorecards.
• Conduct supplier financial health checks and reporting for low‑complexity cases.
• Support middle and back‑office procurement activities as required based on complexity.
• Incorporate market intelligence and supplier identification insights into sourcing activities.
• Perform sustainability and compliance reporting as assigned.
