Procurement Professional (Source to Contract)

Your Role And Responsibilities
- Focus on Contract Management including redlining and reviewing IPS BPO client’s Terms & Conditions.
- Support Digital Middle Office operations, working closely with Sourcing Professionals and Senior Sourcing Professionals.
- Receive project details (RFQ packages) and execute sourcing events accordingly.
- Handle NDA / CDA creation requests and coordinate agreement completion with suppliers.
- Engage suppliers to support development of simple supplier scorecards.
- Conduct supplier financial health checks and reporting for low‑complexity cases.
- Support middle and back‑office procurement activities as required based on complexity.
- Incorporate market intelligence and supplier identification insights into sourcing activities.
- Perform sustainability and compliance reporting as assigned.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
0–2 years of procurement or supply chain experience.Fluent in English communication (spoken & written).Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be a bonus.Basic knowledge of procurement operations or supply chain processes.Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
