Job descriptionAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Draft, format, and proofread documents, letters, and reports. Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other records management systems. Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems. Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome). Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information.
Office Location : Desa Sri Hartamas
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Accounting Responsibilities :
- To assist in preparing monthly Management Reports and supporting schedules, i.e. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow Reports.
- Account Receivable - To prepare invoices, issue official receipts, debit note and credit note.
- Account Payable - To issue payment vouchers and cheques and arrange for signatories.
- General Ledger - To maintain updated general ledger record.
- Liaison with external auditors, bankers and tax agents.
- Filing of accounting records.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties when needed.
