Office Location : Desa Sri Hartamas

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Accounting Responsibilities :

  • To assist in preparing monthly Management Reports and supporting schedules, i.e. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow Reports.
  • Account Receivable - To prepare invoices, issue official receipts, debit note and credit note.
  • Account Payable - To issue payment vouchers and cheques and arrange for signatories.
  • General Ledger - To maintain updated general ledger record.
  • Liaison with external auditors, bankers and tax agents.
  • Filing of accounting records.
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties when needed.

Administrative Responsibilities :

Communication and Correspondence :

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Draft, format, and proofread documents, letters, and reports.
  • Data Entry and Filing :

  • Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other records management systems.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information.
