Office Location : Desa Sri Hartamas
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Accounting Responsibilities :
- To assist in preparing monthly Management Reports and supporting schedules, i.e. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow Reports.
- Account Receivable - To prepare invoices, issue official receipts, debit note and credit note.
- Account Payable - To issue payment vouchers and cheques and arrange for signatories.
- General Ledger - To maintain updated general ledger record.
- Liaison with external auditors, bankers and tax agents.
- Filing of accounting records.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties when needed.
Administrative Responsibilities :
Communication and Correspondence :
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Draft, format, and proofread documents, letters, and reports.Data Entry and Filing :
Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other records management systems.Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information.
