The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence, engage with target audiences, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Key Accountabilities :
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and events.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (text, images, videos) across several social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the design teams to create compelling visuals.
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond promptly.
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, and platform-specific insights.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, growth, and engagement, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.One to two years of experience in a similar role in social media content creation and marketing would be a plus.Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Problem-solving prowess and excellent communication skills.Proficiency in English, mandarin is a plus.Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.Knowledge of AI tools and technologies in marketing is a plusStaff Benefit :
