Job Responsibilities

• Assist Manager to compile, verify, organize and analyze documents of the Company's properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
• Keep tracking, updating and maintaining proper documentary records for all the Company's properties / assets including files, approvals, land titles, agreements and relevant documents.
• Deal and follow up with authorities & consultants on the Company's properties / assets matters.
• Handle full spectrum of administration duties within the department including coordinating and arranging meetings & preparing appointments.
• Ensure proper and accurate filing for all correspondence and documents, and assist in preparation of reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and reports.
