Executive (Talent Acquisition & Progression)

Responsibilities
- Assist and support in the development of KLCC TAP strategy, employment branding, TAP program design, policies & procedures to support business strategies and growth.
- Plan and execute end‑to‑end talent acquisition and progression activities for all employee groups to acquire non‑niche, non‑scarce talent to support current and future needs.
- Develop salary and remuneration proposals, provide back‑end system support and recommendations to business.
- Conduct related talent analytics and benchmarking activities to provide insights and support decision making and talent acquisition performance.
- Explore, recommend and implement enhancements to processes, systems, tools and methodology for talent progression, and create networking and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster and sustain effective working relationships and networking with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure continuous talent supply and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, Malaysian Employment Act and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Degree holder or equivalent qualification.Professional certification from a recognized body in Human Resources is an added advantage.Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition functions.Strong experience across business and corporate exposure is an advantage.Seniority level
