Field Sales Merchandiser

Job descriptionMaintain clean, attractive, and customer-friendly store layouts. Adapt displays to suit seasonal themes, promotions, and current retail trends. Continuously refresh visual setups to ensure a dynamic shopping experience. Partner with marketing and retail teams to align merchandising with campaigns. Liaise with buyers and stock planners to feature new arrivals and bestsellers. Guide and train store staff on visual standards and execution techniques. Monitor emerging trends in visual merchandising and retail design. Study competitor stores for inspiration and benchmarking opportunities. Recommend enhancements based on shopper behavior and customer feedback. Implement display concepts in accordance with visual guidelines. Measure effectiveness of merchandising through sales impact and shopper engagement. Conduct store audits to maintain consistency across outlets. Creative flair with strong design sensibility and attention to detail Understanding of shopper psychology and buying behavior Strong organizational and time management ability Clear communicator and collaborative team player Basic knowledge of retail performance metrics and analytics Opportunities for promotion Professional development
