Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers, explain product benefits and encourage purchases.
- Provide courteous sales services and advice; handle customer inquiries and demonstrate product application techniques.
- Replenish stocks, arrange products neatly and ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines / planograms.
- Monitor inventory levels at assigned outlets and liaise with the supply team to avoid stockouts.
- Support promotional setups, events and product demonstrations; distribute samples and collect feedback.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with 4U2's brand image.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.Pleasant and service-oriented personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work on weekends and public holidays; willingness to travel to various retail locations.Experience in sales promotion or merchandising preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates.Physically fit and able to handle product displays and promotional materials.Knowledge of beauty / cosmetics products and a passion for helping customers look their best.Must possess own transportation.Benefits
