Promoter Cum Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers, explain product benefits and encourage purchases.
• Provide courteous sales services and advice; handle customer inquiries and demonstrate product application techniques.
• Replenish stocks, arrange products neatly and ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines / planograms.
• Monitor inventory levels at assigned outlets and liaise with the supply team to avoid stockouts.
• Support promotional setups, events and product demonstrations; distribute samples and collect feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with 4U2's brand image.
