Overview
The Executive, Human Resources & Admin will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources functions and will have a matrix reporting line.
Human Resources Planning & Staffing
- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct employee inductions to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Support manpower planning and coordinate with Head of Department for staffing needs
Employee Relations
Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Organise and manage employee events, meetings, and training logistics.Payroll and Benefits Administration
Assist in payroll processingAdminister employee benefits programmes such as health insurance and leave.Maintain up-to-date data in the Human Resources Information System.Training and Development
Coordinate in-house trainings and maintain training records.Assist with performance management processes.Administrative Support
Maintain and update HR documents.Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and equipment needs.Act as the point of contact for administrative inquiries.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years working experience in an HR environment.Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws.Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
