Job responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and ensure labor law compliance.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employment contracts.
- Administer employee benefits (medical, insurance, welfare programs).
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
- Support performance appraisals and staff development.
- Implement HR policies and address employee concerns.
- Maintain secure filing for accounting and HR records.
Payroll & compliance
Process payroll, including deductions, allowances, and bonuses.Ensure salary payments comply with EPF, SOCSO, and tax regulations.Adhere to all local labor and financial compliance requirements.Administrative support
Provide support to Finance and HR teams.Assist in organizing company events and training programs.Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration.Assist with accounting and HR-related tasks as needed.Support system / process improvements for efficiency.Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).1–3 years of experience in HR (travel / B2B industry preferred).Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR management, and payroll.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Familiarity with local labor laws and tax regulations.Job benefits
