Job descriptionWork closely with product / design team, marketing, and sales teams to understand market needs and define product specifications. Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure efficient production and delivery of products. Partner with quality assurance teams to develop test protocols and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Build prototypes and run product tests to ensure the design is functional, durable, and cost-effective. Analyze test results, troubleshooting issues, and refine product designs as necessary. Conduct failure analysis and provide solutions to design flaws. Continuously work on improving product designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and production insights. Optimize products for manufacturing efficiency, cost, and scalability. Evaluate product performance, recommend improvements, and implement changes. Prepare detailed product documentation including specifications, test reports, and user manuals. Maintain product revision control and document changes in product designs and engineering decisions. Create reports on product testing, manufacturing issues, and product performance. Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications. Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet high standards of durability and performance. Assist in developing cost estimates and managing product budgets throughout the design and development stages. Work with sourcing teams to identify cost-effective materials and manufacturing processes. Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). Familiarity with prototyping, product testing, and manufacturing processes. Attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the industry. Certifications : Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications are a plus. Office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities or laboratories. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, supplier visits, or production facility tours.

- Involve and Support in Design, prototype, and test new products or improvements to existing products.
- Verify 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure product designs meet technical, aesthetic, and usability requirements.

REQUIREMENTS :
Experience :
2-5 years of experience in product design, engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing techniques.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
