Job Responsibilities :
- Perform data verification in the system.
- Assist in the vacant possession for completed projects.
- Proper handling of documentations.
- Liaison with purchasers via emails and phone calls to ensure smooth vacant possession process.
- Coordination with other departments pertaining to matters related to vacant possession and issues / queries raised by purchasers.
- Any other tasks / assignments deemed necessary.
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Business, Finance or related field.Proficient in English & MS Office.Fast learner and detail oriented.Fresh grad is welcome to apply or 1-2 years' experience.Job Type : Contract
Contract length : 6 months
Pay : RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
