Responsibilities
1. Assigned primarily to the Mixing, Forming, and Oven sections.
2. Mixing dough according to standard recipes and procedures.
3. Monitoring the fermentation process to ensure proper dough development.
4. Pouring fermented dough into the hopper for further processing.
5. Operating and monitoring the oven during the baking process to ensure product quality.
6. Cleaning machines, tools (including tongs), and the workplace to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
7. Assisting in other production-related task
