Job descriptionMahir menggunakan perisian komputer asas seperti Microsoft Word, Excel dan PowerPoint. Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan penulisan yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan / atau Bahasa Inggeris. Mampu mengendalikan tugasan pelbagai (multitasking) dan bekerja dengan pengawasan minimum. Teliti, amanah dan bertanggungjawab dalam menjalankan tugas. Cuti Tahunan EPF SOCSO
Job Responsibility
- Betanggungjawab kepada semua pemandu dan menjadi Pegawai Penyedia Cekroll bagi pemandu bergaji hari termasuk menyemak tuntutan.
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap semua urusan berkaitan kenderaan, jentera dan peralatan di ladang termasuk data Log Book kenderaan
- Melaksanakan Perkiraan stok bulanan di ladang.
- Menyemak dan memastikan semua caj kod akaun dikenakan bagi urusniaga Stok dan Aset dibuat dengan betul dan tepat.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas berkaitan Kewangan semasa ketiadaan Kerani Kewangan.
- Memastikan pengurusan (penyimpanan dan pelupusan) sisa pepejal, sisa bahan kimia dan bekas bahan kimia selari dengan SOP badan-badan berkaitan.
- Memastikan semua bahan kimia yang terdapat dalam senarai stok mempunyai MSDS dan dipamerkan.
- Pematuhan & menjalankan sistem EMS 14001
- Mengamalkan praktis kesihatan & keselamatan persekitaran
- Menjalankan sistem OHSAS 18001
- Lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan oleh Pengurusan Ladang dari masa ke semasa
